Visit Lambeth Forest Network marquee at 16th/17th July Country Show!

Colin project dareA sunny hello from Tree Shepherd!

Here is a selection of just a few of the people you will meet, things you can buy and delicious treats you can eat in the Lambeth Forest Network marquee this year. From a relaxing massage to scrummy snacks to a fun handmade summer hat – we have it all.

This year we are supporting 30 traders in our welcoming marquee. Head to the Picnic Area – just up from Herne Hill park entrance. On the map we are P5, but you can’t miss us as the wafting smell of spicy kebabs from Lucknow2London, Indian pancake wraps by Olde Goa and vegan Italian pizza slices by Nuragic Foods will draw you in.

KDIVAPAINTSMake sure you bring your children along for fun face-painting with the brilliant K’Diva.

In the food section, Tita’s world Cuisine and Sweet Carolina will be serving up an array of frosted carrot cakes and goo-ey chocolate brownies. Squeeze Me fresh fruit drinks and Andy Kelliott’s Sno-Cone iced desserts will be quenching your thirst

Kareen Gordon will have a wealth of healthy wholefoods on sale, whilst Karen Clarke will be selling the perfect festival gift – a jar of home-made Urbundant chutney with flavours from the Caribbean.

Fashion will be available at affordable prices from the retro retailers at Copop. There is also plenty of fab merchandise on offer from tote bags by Colster to designer T-shirts by Trill Vibes, Slim of London and The Hidden Hand.

SqueezeMeHand-sewn and tailored children’s and baby clothes by Sew Unique and Y Kairos will be on sale – irresistible if there’s a special birthday coming up. You can also buy a gorgeous hand-appliqued wooden artwork by Sa(l)vage Art – great for cheering up any room in the house.

Fresh flowers and plants by Blooming Brixton will be on sale alongside cultivated kitchen herbs by Rootcraft. Continuing with the herb theme, Caley’s Apothecary will be another major feature, well worth a visit for special tea and herb packaged gifts.

The Big Local groups in North Brixton and Southwark will be taking a table, alongside the whole team at Tree Shepherd – and we can’t wait!

Alisha MassageVintage Collectables can be picked up at a snip from Patton Designs.

Did we mention massage? We even have a relaxing corner where you can experience reflexology by Rashieda King and a massage by Alisha Humphrey.
