Lambeth Country Show – the Festival of Love 2015

NICK Patton & Patton DisplayThe fabulous Lambeth Country Show is happening this weekend 18th/19th July – yay! Over 100,000 visitors are expected and we have 26 businesses ranging from French pancakes to hand-knitted toys.

Please come and support. Tony will be serving his Stoffells ketchup on hot-dogs, Mark his fresh fruit drinks and Sue her ‘pork on a fork’. A host of other wares will include African textile goods, vintage homeware & our K’Diva painting kiddies’ faces.

Tree Shepherd’s looking to pay Forest network members £100 or £50 for prizes

For the wonderful people who have done our annual survey, we will be buying prizes from the network. Please get in touch if you have something to offer valued at £100 or £50. Tree Shepherd will buy!

Tree Shepherd Summer Party and CoPop Pre-launch 28th July 2015

We know how to network at Tree Shepherd. We’re also pretty good at throwing a celebration party. Let’s combine the two and see in the summer in style.

K DivaCoPop are soon to open their brand new shop at Pop Brixton. They are 11 Forest network members who have formed a company and on 28th will showcase their fashion, beauty and home interiors products.

Fashionistas may be interested to know that CoPop are looking for people to join their waiting list. Others may be interested to know that we are putting together a much larger multi-trade co-operative. CoPop is just the start!

This year Milkwood Residents have been supported on our programme by the Herne Hill Parish community. Its a great example of a micro-economy being encouraged to thrive by tapping into neighbourhood support and entrepreneurialism.
