- Pay-as-you-go daily packages are to be purchased by credit or debit card and on site on the day.
- You can pay for your annual membership and fees for pre-paid monthly user packages by credit card or debit card at THRIVE or over the phone, or through bank deposit as detailed below.

- If you cannot fit all of this information in the payment reference, please enter the last 4 characters of your membership number followed by your surname. Your membership number is the number assigned to you when you completed the membership enrolment form; if you are unsure of what this is please speak to a member of THRIVE staff.
- Please note that bank payments may take up to 5 working days to process, and your membership or user package will not be activated until the payment is confirmed.
