GLOWS payment information

  • GLOWS is a cashless operation. No cash is held in the premises; no cash payments are accepted.
  • Pay-as-you-go daily packages are to be purchased by credit or debit card and on site on the day.
  • You can pay for your annual membership and fees for pre-paid monthly user packages by credit card or debit card at GLOWS or over the phone, or through bank deposit as detailed below.
  • Bank payments are accepted for annual membership and pre-paid monthly user package fees, and should be deposited into the following HSBC bank account:

  • If you cannot fit all of this information in the payment reference, please enter the last 4 characters of your membership number followed by your surname. Your membership number is the number assigned to you when you completed the membership enrolment form; if you are unsure of what this is please speak to a member of GLOWS staff.
  • Please note that bank payments may take up to 5 working days to process, and your membership or user package will not be activated until the payment is confirmed.
