There is so much to think about when you start a new business for the first time, and it can be very daunting. There is a wealth of information on the internet, but the advice can be conflicting and confusing.
Tree Shepherd has developed its 3M© business model to cut through the jargon and zoom in on the things that are most important for starting up. All our mentors have considerable practical experience of running a small business, but crucially they are selected by us because they can empathise with someone who is literally starting from scratch.
We are offering FREE, confidential business advice clinics online to anyone who has been on our courses, and/or living in Lambeth, Southwark or Westminster, with one of our experienced business advisers.
Typical areas of support include:
- Getting started
- How to get business and win customers
- Essential business finance
- Company registration and legal issues
Our business clinics are free to access for people on benefits, or on household income below £25,100.
We have a friendly experienced team of business mentors available, so it's just a short phone call to understand your needs and match you up with a suitable mentor.
If you have any questions or would like to reserve a clinic space, please contact us.
Our CEO Colin Crooks is also offering a weekly dial-in Zoom meeting, every Tuesday at 3pm, covering business planning, the art of selling and key advice on your business surviving coronavirus. To submit questions and access the session please get in touch with us.
