Low-cost workspace to help start-ups to scale up

Our workspaces have been created with a vision of improving the lives and potential of the people living and working in the immediate area, while also welcoming residents from the local borough. We believe that entrepreneurs and small businesses can be a power for good in the local community, facilitating positive role models.

Tree Shepherd works to encourage and promote strong and inclusive professional communities, with a collaborative and creative ethos that will create a positive influence on the lives of individuals and the greater community.

Working alongside other entrepreneurs and small businesses offers companionship and community, inspiration, and opportunities for networking and sharing skills and services. With a variety of reasonably priced pre-paid and pay-as-you-go user packages, we hope you will find that GLOWS and THRIVE offer you the space you need to help your business grow.

GLOWS

Housed in the council's disused rent office, GLOWS is an affordable co-working space where local people can develop and expand their business ideas and existing businesses, whether they need a maker space or a desk, or access to a meeting and training room.

GLOWS is a joint project between Tulse Hill Estate Tenants & Residents Association, Tulse Hill Forum, Lambeth Council and Tree Shepherd.

THRIVE

THRIVE is a joint project between British Land and Tree Shepherd.

The partners have revitalised a disused restaurant formerly known as the Flaming Grill into an amazingly flexible, affordable workspace, where residents from SE16 can work comfortably and develop their business idea.
