Low-cost workspace to help start-ups to scale up

Tree Shepherd works to encourage and promote strong and inclusive professional communities, with a collaborative and creative ethos that creates a positive influence on the lives of individuals and the greater community.

We believe that entrepreneurs and small businesses can be a power for good in the local community.

Working alongside other entrepreneurs and small businesses offers companionship and community, inspiration, and opportunities for networking and sharing skills and services.

Tree Shepherd are offering a variety of reasonably priced single office spaces, use of a training room, pre-paid and pay-as-you-go user packages.

All our offices offer access to super-fast WiFi, bespoke makerspaces, a business community, access to printing, meeting spaces, tea and coffee making, bathroom facilities, much more besides. Get in touch with us to find out more about our spaces.

New offices and makerspace now open!

Housed in the council's former neighbourhood office, GLOWS is an affordable co-working space where local people can develop and expand their business ideas and existing businesses, whether they need an office space, makerspace or access to a meeting and training room.

GLOWS is a joint project between Tulse Hill Estate Tenants & Residents Association, Tulse Hill Forum, Lambeth Council and Tree Shepherd.

THRIVE is a joint project between British Land and Tree Shepherd.

The partners have revitalised a disused restaurant formerly known as the Flaming Grill into an amazingly flexible, affordable workspace, where residents from SE16 can work comfortably and develop their business idea.
