Be a volunteer mentor for Lambeth entrepreneurs

Tree Shepherd is always on the look out for volunteers who are interested in buddying up with a Lambeth start-up enterprise and helping them with mentoring in their first year of growth.

No previous experience of mentoring is necessary and we provide all mentors with an induction so that they are very clear on the stage that mentees are at when they are introduced and what is expected of the mentoring relationship.

The types of trade are many and varied, from catering clubs to computer technicians and you will be impressed by the drive and tenacity of these entrepreneurs – all members of the rapidly expanding Lambeth Forest Enterprise Network.

The commitment is a face-to-face meeting once a month with a couple of phone-calls and a little admin for a minimum period of 6 months.

Our programme is going extremely well and we already have over 40 mentors signed up this year.

Could you be an enterprise mentor?
